DEPOSITS AND CANCELLATIONS  

A 100% deposit of room rate plus taxes is charged at the time of the booking to guarantee the room(s).

For stays after Labor Day to the end of April:
Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will receive a credit to use for a future stay within a calendar year. No-shows and early check outs will not be refunded.

For stays during May 1-Labor Day:
Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will receive a credit to use for a future stay within a calendar year. No-shows and early check outs will not be refunded.

All cancellation requests must be emailed to guestservices@theroundtreehotels.com 

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT 

Check-in time begins at 3:00 pm. Check out time is 11:00 am.

EXTRA PERSON(S) 

Additional person charge above standard occupancy is $75 per night.

PETS 

The Roundtree™, Amagansett is a pet-friendly hotel.  Dogs are welcome in all of our rooms with a limit of 2 dogs per room.  Please provide us with advance notice if you are planning on bringing your pet. A $50 nightly non-refundable per pet fee will be charged upon booking.

HEALTHY ENVIRONMENT 

The Roundtree, Amagansett is a smoke-free property. Smoking is not allowed in any of the rooms or in any of the public spaces.
